I have just started within the last year collecting the cornflower glass and I absolutely love it. Your site is great to see all of the pieces that are out there, however, is there a price guide for any of the cornflower glass? Also, are there many people locally (here in Vancouver) that sell this glass? (from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada) |

Great Site!!! My mom collects Cornflower, she started some 50 years ago when she got married. I’m always searching for her and recently picked up a silver tray with 25th anniversary sketched on it (like the one on your site) for $1.99 and a beautiful candy dish for $2.99 and a milk container for $1.99 – all at Value Village…..obviously they don’t realize the value of this beautiful crystal. TOO BAD 🙂 Going to have to pick up the Cornflower book for mom!!! (from Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada) |

Thank you for such a wonderful site. We inherited a lot of cornflower crystal and I had no idea the value or the importance and searched the net for a while and finally found your site. It is refreshing to know the history of what we have been given and how other people feel about it too. (from Toronto, Ontario, Canada) |

Thank you for taking the time to create your very informative website. I had no idea that cornflower was a Canadian pattern. After reading your site, I have decided that I have to treat the pieces that I have with a great deal more respect. One question, though — is there any way of distinguishing older pieces from newer ones? (from Newburgh, Ontario, Canada) |

My wife and myself have just recently began to collect this wonder glass. We have been collecting depression glass for some ten years and have stopped and are now devoted to collecting strictly Cornflower. For further information check out the Dufferin County Museum Web site. W.J. was born in Dufferin County and they have a large display there, also their currater wrote a book about Cornflower and the family business. (from Oakville, Ontario, Canada) |

Hi! I visit your website quite often and always enjoy the comments. I have been collecting cornflower for many years and have quite a few pieces. My Son also collects (after picking up pieces for me he now collects for himself as well). He has informed me that there is a new book out about Cornflower available at “Chapters”. I’ve been collecting Corn Flower since 1979. I wondering if anyone can help me. I’m looking for a replacement cornflower wine decanter stopper. It is for the 29 cm decanter shaped like a tear drop that is shown on this website. Would appreciate any help. (from St. Catharines, Ontario) |

I am what I now consider a “collector” of the beautiful Corn Flower pattern. I had always loved my mother’s set of six delicate glasses and now that I have a Century Home of my own, I’m discovering the joys of owning Depression Glass. Very good website. Keep up the good work.
